The National Indigenous Feminist Housing Working Group presents a human rights conversation with the Federal housing Advocate on September 13 at 1 p.m. ET.
This event is intended for Indigenous women, girls, Two-Spirit and gender-diverse people to engage with the Advocate and understand how the right to housing intersects with their inherent rights, how the Advocate’s office can support them in their efforts to achieve housing justice for their communities, and to learn more about the Advocate’s role.
Allies in attendance are asked to listen and learn, as the space is held for Indigenous attendees to ask questions and share with the Advocate.
