On World Homelessness Day, WNHHN and the National Indigenous Women’s Housing Network launched a brand new toolkit and a complementary website to make participating in the upcoming Review Panel on Canada’s Failure to Eliminate Homelessness Amongst Women & Gender-Diverse People as accessible as possible.
On October 10th, the National Indigenous Women’s Housing Network and Women’s National Housing and Homelessness Network launched a new toolkit two years in the making, Mobilizing on the Right to Housing for Women and Gender-Diverse People in Canada: A Community Organizer’s Guide.
Not only did we launch the toolkit, we also unveiled a new website, genderhousingjustice.ca, and a Community Champion program!
